How it works
Three screens. One job.
Made for people who measure every day with a monitor that doesn't connect to their phone.
- 1
Snap your monitor
BP Snap opens straight to the camera. Fit the monitor's screen in the frame and take a photo — or pick one you took earlier.
- 2
Check the numbers
Systolic, diastolic and pulse appear large, right next to your photo. Tap any value to correct it with the number pad.
- 3
Save to Apple Health
One tap saves blood pressure and pulse to Apple Health with the time of the reading. Then you are back at the camera.
Features
Everything you need to stop typing numbers.
Reads LCD digits
Made for the seven-segment displays of home blood pressure monitors. Reading happens on your iPhone in about a second.
You always confirm
Nothing is saved until you have seen the values and tapped Save. Unusual numbers get a gentle second look.
Apple Health is the database
Readings go straight to Health, where you get charts and can share them with your doctor. BP Snap keeps no copy.
Your last readings
See your ten most recent readings at a glance, read back from Apple Health.
Daily reminder
An optional notification at the time you choose. Set up on your iPhone, no server involved.
Siri and Shortcuts
“Log blood pressure” opens BP Snap’s camera, ready to go.
Type it in
Prefer typing, or no monitor at hand? Enter the values yourself — the same checks apply.
On-device AI, if you have it
With Apple Intelligence, BP Snap can use Apple’s on-device model to tell the numbers apart. It never leaves your iPhone.
Easy to read
Large text, full VoiceOver support and high-contrast colours, checked with accessibility audits.
Private by design
Your readings stay on your iPhone.
Photos are read on your iPhone, kept in memory only until you save, and never stored. Readings live in Apple Health — under your control, not ours. BP Snap has no account, no analytics, no ads, and makes no network connections at all.

Deliberately simple
What BP Snap doesn't do.
Many blood pressure apps add charts, reports, subscriptions and ads. BP Snap does one thing, quickly.
No charts or reports
Apple Health already does this well, and shares with your doctor.
No ads or subscriptions
No in-app purchases, no upsells, no tracking.
No account, no cloud
BP Snap makes no network connections at all.
No medical advice
It copies your monitor’s numbers. It does not label, classify or interpret them.
Questions
Which blood pressure monitors does it work with?
Home monitors with a standard LCD that shows dark seven-segment digits on a light background — the most common kind. Backlit displays with light digits on a dark background are not supported yet. If a value cannot be read, its field is left empty for you to type in.
What do I need?
An iPhone with iOS 26. The optional on-device AI needs an iPhone with Apple Intelligence turned on (iPhone 15 Pro or newer); every other feature works on any iPhone that runs iOS 26.
Where are my readings stored?
Only in Apple Health on your iPhone. BP Snap keeps no copy of its own, and your photos are discarded as soon as you save or cancel — they are never added to your photo library.
Can I share my readings with my doctor?
Yes, through Apple Health: its charts, its sharing feature, or an export. That is why BP Snap does not need charts or reports of its own.
Is BP Snap a medical device?
No. It copies the numbers shown by your own monitor. It does not measure blood pressure, interpret readings or give advice. Always check the values before saving, and talk to your doctor about your readings.
Does it work in French?
Yes. BP Snap is available in English and French, including the Siri phrases.
